Greyhound is an excellent and affordable way to ship domestically. UPS and FedEx are also options. Amtrak shipping is presently (March 2022) suspended but may be an option in the future – to and from certain cities.
International shipping can be fraught with hassles . . .
When flying, always try to carry your horn in the cabin. Worst case, gate-check it.
