Here are some audio tracks that may help tune with my Set-Up drills. It is best if you play them through speakers in a room, but headphones can work. As I've explained elsewhere, it's easier to hear intonation with sounds in the air around you than it is between your ears – but only if that air is activated.

There is a very audible "wind" noise on these tracks – to indicate breathing. Try to time your breathing the same way, but keep your breath as quiet and relaxed as possible.
